Want to know about our new play area?
We’ve now got our new play area ready for visitors so kids (and grown-ups) can spend a bit of time digging in our sandpits, climbing our assault course or being king-of-the-castle. The first visitors have had great fun trying it out so come and have a go on your next visit!

After a period of acclimatisation our meerkats are finally ready to go on show in their new enclosure that Iain and the team have worked so hard to complete. Here is a picture of the moment they got to explore the enclosure for the first time followed by a tasty mealworm treat!

Looking for somewhere to book your Child’s Birthday Party?
Kids birthday parties are £10 per child (Min 10 -max 20 children) 4.30 till 6pm Wednesday to Sunday The price includes: Entry to the zoo. Use of the room. Animal experience for the birthday child. Kids party food (Birthday cake not included but can be purchased at an additional cost)
